1. Drain the oil. 2. Remove the bolts holding the sump/pan in place: The oil drain plug, though depending on your vehicle it may look different: New gasket held in place with sealant. Use a blunt screwdriver -if needed - and prise the oil pan free. remove all traces of the old gasket from the mating surfaces.

It will sometimes start after 2 turns and sometimes won't after a minute on the starter. Having had Lexia on it I can report the following: - Cranking pressure going up to 400 bar then regulator kicking in and sending it back to 290-300 so that's good. (Rebuilt injectors, rebuilt pump)

I've had a look and it looks suspiciously like the Engine Oil Water distribution chamber (No. 6 on the diagram), which is attached to the oil filter bracket (No. 4)- , with the seals shown at No. 7.
